Joan, i like your idea of involving local talented people in the design process, though i would expect that a contest like this would not be easy to setup officially through EDC. But nothing really should stop any of us from getting together and organizing it on our own. Maybe some local business would be interested in sponsoring and raising the prize? We can get some free exposure, through sctv, this website, possibly local papers. Would you be interested?
