Our School Superintendent makes more than that. Remember that after the budget battle the year before the current one Ullman hired a HR Director to the tune of $145K per year.
'Course Rowland had free housing and transportation. I would guess that helped. And like many of our current crop of politicians - he got caught taking bribes. Good way to supplement your income if you can afford it.
