So we get a residence without children that pays less taxes than a commercial site on a high traffice commercial street. The only service residents of simsbury get is a local home for the old folks. Let's roll up the sidewalks a little earlier.
And this is supposed to be a good thing? Almost all of the new building in town is children free housing (active adults) or a few very large houses. I'd take a street with a lot of rug rats anytime even if we have to cram them into some temporary classrooms. Yep there's a lot of action and excitement coming to good old Simsboring.
