This type of thing happens all the time and sadly, people think if they have enough money they can make things go their way. Its not as though the firing range or hunting dog training suddenly appeared after these people moved in; they were there first. Same thing happened when a new development went up in Avon. The new owners fought to close a kennel nearby due to noise, etc. The kennel was there first and is still there. The neighbors had no argument.
