Mary Glassman isn't going to change a thing about the way things are done in Simsbury. She's just playing the same old game that everyone before has done. The Democrats just wanted to get the position back from the Republicans and she rode into office because Vincent was screwed by Mandell. Unfortunately he was too trusting a guy and now he's out.
Mary's just gonna pretend she cares about what you think until she can try and move on to something more glamorous. Why should she support a Town Manager when she's got it made? She's got her flunky Kevin in as Finance Director and all the other guys at Town Hall see her as useless. Let's just humor her until we can say goodbye to her once again.
