Man shoots bear in Simsbury - 2008/06/04 12:11
I think the idea that someone just up and shot a bear is ridiculous. If this man was stupid enough to leave his garage door open knowing that there was birdseed in there and that there (gasp!) are bears in Simsbury, he's at fault not the bear. If the bear were in the garage and heading towards the man, maybe I could understand better although the man would just have to go inside, but the bear was walking back to the woods. The man shot the bear in the back!!!!! Not only is this guy cruel and inhumane, he's a coward too.
