SIMSBURY DELI: WOW!!! - 2008/04/29 21:52
I have not been in the Simsbury Deli (562 Hopmeadow St. South of Ensign Bickford) too many times over the years, but each time I have had a good experience with their food etc.. I went in again today after not being in for "awhile" and I was delighted at the quality, selection, friendly employee's, and the prices. I had a great tuna sub (with good quality tuna too!) and I look forward to trying their meatball sub next and trying the "stuffed pizza" with unlimited toppings.....sounds interesting..... Yup, I'm looking over the take home menu and I'm getting hungry! Too bad they close at 3:00P.M.....seems too early.....they could help me plan dinners too! Burgers, fish, chicken, fries, potato salad, mac. They even have something called a "Simsburian sandwich".....Although they are open for breakfast..home fries!!!! And they deliver too! GG
