Re:A MASSIVE VACANCY - 2008/03/29 08:50 The problem with your logic is that Target will not have declining sales. It is a big draw for people who come from many directions. Smaller, specialty stores may be affected by declining sales or lack of foot traffic but a store like Target won't.
