 Re:Mountain Lion? in woods in backyard - 2008/03/20 14:43 There has been many reports of Cougars/Mountain Lions in CT and the state says there are none. Why would it be so unusual for CT to have cougars living in this state; they live in Vermont and are actually used on their license plates. A friend of mne saw and took pictures a couple of weeks ago of a cougar in his yard in Vermont. I do not think it would be unlikely if they also here in CT.
