Sorry for the delay in getting back with any response on this. I believe I didn't carefully word my quickly written question to Mrs Glassman, and in turn to the police Chief. Besides that, I think the main title of this post threw off the actual question I was trying to get an answer to which was:
"Are there any precautions in place at events and activities for "any adult" participating together with minors in Simsbury?"
My question was not about the 15 year old boy at the High School, and I wasn't talking about already registered sex offenders.
That's the question I was trying to get an answer to..Sorry if it didn't read that way, and for any inconvenience it incurred to anyone (Like the Cptn. who must think I'm nutty!).
I'm sure there are rules Adults have to follow though....GG
