Re:Hey micpi - reform to NCLB! - 2007/03/20 18:38 I'm not a fan of the CMT testing. I agree, it's how fast you can read/write/calculate. I know a handful of children get extended time which I also feel is unfair to the rest of the children. All students should have the same amount of time. By not making it equal throws off the results of the tests and gives those with extended time a chance to do better than those that don't.

I've said this once and I'll say it again. Simsbury public schools cater to the highest and the lowest. Those in the middle get lost in the shuffle.
