Maybe. But I still don't think it is up to the government to tell me how to raise my children. Too much of that already. We have always kept a pretty close eye on our kids. Putting a law like this into place will be about as effective as when West Hartford put their "no guns in public buildings" law into place. Like just having the law will cause someone who wants to go in a shoot a person to say - "Well, I better not do that cuz I'm not allowed to have a gun in that building."
Good point about enforcement though uconniac. Just the other day I was following one of our very own Simsbury Police officers while he was driving and talking on his cell phone...LOL
