Well....we are certainly not New Haven. New Haven, Bridgeport, and Hartford have huge gun/gang problems. We did have a robbery of some kids at a party by some other kids with a gun.
My thoughts are that we do not need a government mandated curfew. We already have quite a few laws about kids driving and such. I really think it is up to the parents to look out for their kids.
