I'm in favor of protecting land, animals, mammals, water etc....but not private schools.
EW needs cash and doesn't want to develop their best asset.
So they convince the one group (town of Simsbury) that will give them both (money & a guarentee the land will never be developed)
You can't blame EW - it's actually a very good business plan, and based on the pointless Library expansion will probably pass with flying colors.
