Uhhh...it's specter, not spence.
Like I said, you obviously don't know what a real open space problem looks like. Probably never will - to insulated in your cozy little town. So be it. At least it is coming to a vote. And if it passes, we are going to have a vote next year on protecting the water supplies of all private well owners in town. Precedence is such a wonderful thing....
