Why should I pay $40 a year for a benefit for someone else? Obviously you have never lived in a congested area where open space is a real issue. Believe me, it is not one in Simsbury. Beyond that, the money is a bail-out for both Aquarion and EW school. Why should I do that? This isn't an open-space issue any more. KTW decided that when they made it about the aquifer. Vote NO.
