Put The Land Deal In Writing
I cannot believe our board of selectmen and the board of finance would forward to the voters of Simsbury a deal for acquiring 420 acres of land that has neither been approved by the seller nor been reduced to writing! No responsible business man or woman would even dream of submitting a $13.85 million project for ratification before mailing down these two essential points.
