Re:Corrigan case - 2006/10/04 09:37
same old, humble specter.
"Corrigan pleaded no contest Aug. 3 to misconduct with a motor vehicle and second-degree assault. Corrigan missed the turn to drop off one of the couples, then ran a stop sign at the intersection of West Mountain and Canton roads in Simsbury. The van collided with a pickup truck and flipped over." hartford courant
no evidence? the mere fact that the defendant entered a no contest plea, on it's face says, the state has enough evidence to secure a conviction on the charges. doesnt matter what the charges are, were. or been "reduced" to. the more important point of my now allegedly "moot" post was/is...
dont drink and drive, dont run stop signs, dont hit oncomming vehicles. if you do, you'll deservedly suck up some legal fees.
