The Simsbury Public Library’s Business Resource Center will host a workshop, “Outclass the Competition” on Wednesday, February 15th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Karen A. Wolf of the New England School of Protocol, LLC will conduct the free interactive seminar which will cover etiquette issues commonly encountered by business people.
Attendees will learn skills that help them present themselves with more confidence, remove some of the obstacles they find in business and gain an edge over their competition. The seminar will provide an opportunity to discuss and practice ways to make an entrance into a room full of strangers, introduce themselves to others and learn how to make small talk with ease and confidence.
Karen Wolf is a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington, D.C. She has extensive experience in Client Training, Management and Project Management in the financial industry. She served as the National Education Manager for a major US Corporation.
